NEWest Thornlie Cockburn Link & Armadale Line Upgrade TSER
XCircle was engaged by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) to design, manufacture, and deliver five custom-built Trackside Equipment Rooms (TSERs) for two significant METRONET rail infrastructure projects in Western Australia: the Thornlie Cockburn Link (TCL) and the Armadale Line Upgrade (ALUA).
The project scope included the construction of four TSERs for the TCL and one TSER for the ALUA. These modular enclosures are essential components of the broader signalling, communications, and control infrastructure, enabling reliable and safe train operations along the upgraded and extended networks.
The TSERs were manufactured to meet PTA’s technical and delivery requirements and were fully factory-tested prior to site deployment. XCircle’s in-house capabilities in design, fitout, and system integration allowed all five TSERs to be delivered within the agreed timeframe and to exacting standards.
